The relaxation of the at-home life complements the active surroundings of The Village shops, Pacific Coast Highway views, and sunset strolls.

Just a Walk Away

A mix between suburban and urban areas, this neighborhood suits trendy people who enjoy the romantic cliche of long walks on the beach. It’s perfect for dog owners or families who love taking their children to the beautiful, sandy shores, as the sea is within walking distance.

Living here means living by the Pacific and its fresh ocean breezes and glowing sunsets. Little Corona Beach is the ideal place for more adventurous spirits, as tide pools are prevalent; Big Corona Beach is the perfect spot for surfers who want to catch an epic wave. Check the surf reports online to know the best times to surf.

The beach isn’t the only thing within walking distance. The Village, also known as the “Flower Streets,” is known for its quaint little shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. From Avocado Avenue to Poppy Avenue, there are a variety of activities and shops to browse. It’s an attraction for those visiting the area, but for the residents of Corona del Mar, this strip remains a popular local spot to browse and gather.

Even if you’re not one to walk but still enjoy a cinematic view, a beautiful sunset drive along the Pacific Coast Highway can be the perfect meditation after a long day. A nice, scenic drive with the sunroof open and the windows down? What more do you need?

It’s food from the heart, and Chef Rich Mead takes pride in the relationships he builds through his food at this local favorite.

Things to Do

Besides these fantastic dining options, Roger’s Gardens offers a beautiful scenic garden trail for those who love outdoor walks. If you’re not the gardening type but still enjoy plants in your household, you can purchase floral arrangements and plants from their shop. Roger’s Gardens’ shop also includes outdoor furniture and garden accents for those who enjoy entertaining guests outside or are passionate about exterior design.
